	Amatrol’s new e-Learning Management System (eLMS) is at once both easy to use yet sophisticated in its cap- abilities. It provides complete learning management from course creation through testing and reporting. Each organization controls access to their learning portal and can customize the appearance of the site with a slogan, photo or logo that makes the site truly their own. Flexible Course Creation Creating tailored courses for specific industries, community needs or even an individual student is easy. Instructors can choose any combination of modules to tailor a course to their specific needs in seconds. Simply enter the course name and select which modules to include in a course. It is just that easy! Simple Student Use The student experiences the same ease of use as the instructor. When students login, the courses they are re-gistered for show up on the screen and they double click to start. They can start and stop their study as needed. Quizzes provide both student and instructor information on how well the student understands the material.

			Easy Student Monitoring Student progress is easily monitored and tracked, with instructors able to see how much time students spend in various areas, their level of understanding and the skills completed. Testing is tied directly to objectives, enabling quick identification of where additional study is needed. Pre-Quizzes allow assessment before a module is used. Transferring information to other systems is easy as well. Learning management has never been so easy and intuitive!
	Flexibility is fundamental to Amatrol’s e-Learning program. Organizations have a low cost, one-time setup fee and then purchase modules as needed. Each organization has a module account that allows use of the modules in any course. Once used, additional modules are easily purchased, allowing organizations to match spending to student demand.
