Rotary Index Table – 88-RT1

The model 88-RT1 Rotary Index Table adds to Amatrol servo robots to provide robotic applications with a servo-controlled rotary index table. The rotary index table enables work pieces to be precisely positioned in the robot workcell to feed material to a robot or to position it for a robot task.

The 88-RT1 uses a DC servo motor drive with anti-friction bearing to provide smooth, precise movement of the table surface. When connected to one of Amatrol’s servo robot controls, the robot program can command the rotary index table to rotate to a specific position. The table size is 305 mm (12-in) diameter and has 360 degrees of rotation.
