Pneumatic Fitting Construction Learning System – 94-PFC-1

The model 94-PFC-1 Pneumatic Fitting Construction Learning System teaches construction of pneumatic systems used in industrial, commercial, and agricultural applications. Students will learn how to construct systems using multiple types of conductors and fittings. They will also learn how to identify and specify them.

The model 94-PFC-1 includes a table-top mount workstation with pre-mounted pneumatic components, pneumatic construction components, storage container, student learning materials for both theory and lab, and teachers guide. This system uses standard industrial quality components to help students become better prepared for what they will encounter on the job and to withstand frequent student use.

Students will create circuits by connecting components on the workstation using each of the types of fittings and conductors supplied with the system. The components have a differing port sizes and types to teach students how to size fittings and select the type needed for each application. The workstation is a portable unit with lift handles, which can be placed on a common table-top surface.
